Ordering guide

1. Request a quote

• Share the event date, guest count, products, flavors, design direction, and fulfillment city or ZIP.
• For custom cakes and larger events, contacting us at least 10 days ahead is recommended. Earlier is better for busy dates.
• A request is not a confirmed order. Availability and final pricing are confirmed in writing.

2. Review and confirm

• Review the product, quantity or servings, design, price, date, and fulfillment details before paying.
• Any deposit, balance due date, change deadline, cancellation terms, or refund eligibility will be stated in the written quote or confirmation.
• Ask about any unclear term before confirming the order.

Payment

Accepted methods include cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit or debit cards. The required payment schedule can vary by order and will be included in your confirmation.

Do not send payment until availability and order details have been confirmed.

Delivery, pickup, and shipping

• Pickup in Los Gatos is by appointment after confirmation.
• Bay Area delivery depends on the date, address, order size, and schedule. Any fee is quoted before confirmation.
• Select dry pastries may be shippable within California. Cakes and perishable desserts are not presented as shipping products.

Allergens and dietary requests

The kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. Tell us about allergies before ordering. Dietary requests do not remove shared-kitchen cross-contact risk.

Changes and product care

• Request changes as early as possible. Feasibility and any price effect depend on whether ingredients, decorations, or production work have begun.
• Follow the product-specific storage and serving directions supplied with your order.
• Keep decorated cakes in a cool indoor location and coordinate warm-venue timing before the event.
