This notice explains what information La Bouchée receives through this website and how the optional analytics choice works.
Information you choose to provide
When you request a quote or send feedback, the form may collect details such as your name, email, phone number, event date, guest count, delivery area, product interests, budget, design details, dietary notes, and message. Please do not send payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information through a form.
How quote information is used
La Bouchée uses your submission to respond, check availability, prepare a quote, plan an order, provide customer service, prevent spam, and keep appropriate business records. Quote information is not sent to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity as an analytics event.
Form processing
Quote and feedback forms are processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to La Bouchée. Web3Forms states that it processes and forwards form submissions rather than storing them as submission records, while server logs may be retained temporarily. Its own terms and privacy practices apply to that processing.
Optional website analytics
The privacy banner lets you choose whether Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load. If you choose “Essential only,” those analytics scripts are not loaded by this website. If you accept, they may use cookies or similar identifiers and collect device, browser, approximate location, page interaction, and usage data to help La Bouchée understand and improve the storefront.
Sharing and retention
Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website, receive submissions, communicate, provide analytics after consent, or comply with legal obligations. Information may be retained as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for applicable business, tax, dispute, or legal records.
Your choices and questions
You may decline optional analytics and still browse the menu or submit a quote request. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided directly to La Bouchée, email mali@labouchee.us. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal records.
